Argyle woman injured after hitting deer while riding motorcycle

A 50-year-old woman from Argyle was injured Saturday afternoon when her motorcycle hit a deer in the Town of Washington. First responders responded to the crash in the W6800 block of County Highway C. Investigators said the woman was traveling east when she hit a deer in the roadway and lost control of the motorcycle. The motorcycle crossed the centerline, entered a ditch and overturned. The woman, who was wearing a helmet, was ejected and suffered injuries that were not life-threatening. She was taken to a hospital.
