Two people were arrested following a traffic stop in Iowa County late Thursday night. The traffic stop occurred on County Highway A in the Town of Linden around 11:30 Thursday night. As a result, 35 year old Erin Hirn of Mineral Point was arrested for Operating While under the Influence and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer. Hirn was taken to the Iowa County Jail where she was booked on her charges and later released after posting bond. Also arrested was 39 year old Nicholas Hirn of Mineral Point for Resisting or Obstructing an Officer. Nicholas Kirn was also taken to the Iowa County Jail where he was booked on his charge and later released after posting bond.
