Linden Woman Arrest on OWI and Theft

A Linden woman is facing multiple charges after getting pulled over for drunk driving on Tuesday in Dodgeville. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Office says 28-year-old Courtney Shaben was stopped about 11:15 on Tuesday morning along Highway 18 in the city of Dodgeville. Authorities were called about a theft complaint which led to the traffic stop on Shaben’s vehicle. After further investigation, deputies arrested her for operating while intoxicated, retail theft and felony bail jumping. She was taken to the Iowa County Jail where Shaben remains pending a bond hearing.
