Lancaster’s Harvest Festival Parade is scheduled for Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 11:00a.m. The theme this year is Scarecrow Invasion. The police department will start marking parking off for the parade at 8:30am. The parade will follow the normal route starting at the Schreiner Memorial Library then head down Madison Street, turn right on Cherry, turn right on Jefferson, and finish at the library.
