A Richland Center woman is now being charged in a deadly crash. 30 year old Molly Rutherford faces one count of homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle. Records show the criminal complaint against Rutherford was filed on May 3rd. Authorities say Rutherford hit 86 year old Ruth Anderson as Anderson was crossing Highway 58 near Richland Center in May of 2022. A report says Rutherford is due back in court in two weeks.
