A man from Platteville was arrested by Lafayette County authorities Sunday just after 8pm. 21 year old Alexander Ortez-Martinez was arrested on Center Drive Road in Belmont Township for his 2nd offense of Operating without a License. Ortez-Martinez was taken to the Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and later released.
