Sauk County officials say a rollover crash involving a semi-truck and a dump truck in Sauk County Wednesday morning left an 84-year-old man dead. The crash was reported around 8:25 a.m. at the intersection of Highways 154 and 130 west of Loganville. The Sheriff’s Office said a 2011 Freightliner semi with an empty flatbed trailer heading south on County Highway G pulled out into the intersection to continue south onto Highway 130. The dump truck was heading east on Highway 154 and hit the semi, causing both vehicles to roll. The 84-year-old dump truck driver from Lone Rock died at the scene. The semi driver, a 32-year-old man from Cape Coral, Florida, was not hurt. The mens’ names have not been released. Officials are still investigating the crash.
