Authorities Respond To Two Fires in Iowa County

The Iowa County Communication Center received a report of combine on fire in a field on Novak Road in Highland township around 2:25pm Tuesday. Highland Fire and EMS responded to the scene. The fire was extinguished, and no injuries were reported. A few minutes later, the Iowa County Communication Center received a report of a field on fire near County Road G and Enloe Road in Mifflin township. Cobb Fire and First Response and Montfort EMS along with Livingston Fire were dispatched to the scene. It was reported that a part of a chopper was also on fire. The fire was extinguished and no injuries were reported.
