Officials said a water main break will cause water service interruptions Tuesday, Sept. 5, in portions of East Dubuque. According to East Dubuque officials, the areas affected include “The Flats,” Shore Acres and residences and businesses in the Wall Street area. A release states that the interruptions could occur from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
