Motor Vehicle Crash in Green County

On Saturday around 12:45 PM, Deputies with the Green County Sheriff’s Department responded to the intersection of County Highway FF and Ladwig Road in the Town of Sylvester, for a two vehicle, non-injury crash. An Investigation determined that a northbound vehicle on Ladwig Road operated by 57 year old Dawn Love-Tempel of Darlington, failed to yield to an oncoming vehicle that was traveling eastbound on County Highway FF. Love-Tempel merged onto CTH FF and struck the rear of a vehicle being operated by 52 year old Henry Robinson of Albany. Neither driver was injured in the crash and both reported wearing their seatbelts. There was no airbag deployment in either vehicle and they were driven from the scene. Love-Tempel was ultimately issued a citation for Failure to Yield the right of way.
