A Platteville man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after authorities found drugs in his vehicle following a high-speed chase in Dubuque. 34-year-old Timothy Dress recently received the sentence from District Court Judge Michael Shubatt in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County after pleading guilty to charges of two counts of a controlled substance violation, driving while barred and eluding. As part of a plea deal, a third controlled substance violation and a second driving while barred charge were dismissed.
