A man from Boscobel was arrested by police in Dubuque Saturday on drug charges. 22 year old Hunter Newberry was arrested by Dubuque Police around at 5:05 p.m. Saturday in the 2000 block of Holliday Drive on charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana.
