There will be another delay in the start of an attempted murder trial in Dubuque for a man from Monroe. 49 year old Kenneth Moore is charged with attempted murder in connection with a shooting incident in August. Moore was identified by Dubuque Police for firing at least one shot at another man in the 24-hundred block of Stafford Street. Following the incident August 4th, several spent shell casings were found in the street and the window of a vehicle broken out. Moore’s trial was scheduled to start today but is now scheduled to begin on April 9th in Dubuque County District Court.
