Police said an intoxicated driver was injured in a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday in Dubuque. 24-year-old Jordana Keahey of Hubbard, Iowa, was transported by ambulance to MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center for treatment, according to Dubuque police. Keahey later was arrested at 9:10 p.m. at the hospital on charges of second-offense operating while intoxicated and interference with official acts. Police report that Keahey was driving south on U.S. 61/151 near the Admiral Sheehy Drive ramp at approximately 7:05 p.m. Wednesday when her vehicle rear-ended a vehicle being driven south by 37-year-old David Leider of Dubuque. Court documents state that Keahey was traveling at a high rate of speed at the time of the crash and later tested positive for alcohol consumption.
