Second Person Arrested Following UTV Hit and Run

A second man is in custody related to a UTV hit and run. Monday, Westby Police announced that 21-year-old Robert Purvis was taken into custody for 1st degree reckless endangerment as a party to a crime. More charges may be pending, according to police. On the morning of Feb. 4, a woman walking on Bekkedel Avenue in Westby was struck by a UTV. 22-year-old Mitchell McKittrick was previously arrested and charged as the driver of the UTV.
