Durango Man Arrested for Eluding & Excessive Speed

Authorities said a man observed driving more than 90 mph on a Dubuque street led law enforcement on a chase last week. 43-year-old Cody J. Brehm, of Durango was arrested at 8:47 a.m. Monday at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on a warrant charging eluding. Court documents state that an Iowa State Patrol trooper observed a vehicle speeding on the Northwest Arterial shortly before 3 p.m. Feb. 18. A radar clocked the vehicle traveling 92 mph.
