Mocktails & Mental Health Event

An Illinois farmer, mental health counselor and nationally recognized speaker will discuss work-life balance and stress management at a free event in Jo Daviess County.  Adrienne DeSutter, of Galesburg, is the founder of Sow Hope Grow Hope. She will present “Mocktails & Mental Health” at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, at Midwest Medical Center, according to an online announcement.  The event is sponsored by Jo Daviess County Farm Bureau and Midwest Medical Center.  Registration is required and can be made by calling 815-858-2235
