Police said a Dubuque teen sustained minor injuries this week after being struck by an unknown driver. 15-year-old Yelaina Cromwell of Dubuque, sustained minor injuries but did not require transport to an area hospital, according to a crash report. The incident occurred at about 2:35 p.m. Thursday along North Grandview Avenue. The report states Cromwell was crossing the street when a car came around a corner and struck her. The driver of the vehicle then left the scene of the crash and has yet to be identified.
