Cuba City man cited for inattentive driving after damaging mailboxes

On Sunday just before 8 AM Grant County Dispatch was advised of multiple mailboxes damaged in Bagley on Willow Lane. When a deputy arrived on scene they learned that 23-year-old Dylan Digman of Cuba City, had been eastbound on Willow Lane when he struck a group of mailboxes. Digman stopped to speak with a nearby homeowner and his information was relayed to the Sheriff’s Office. Digman admitted that he was talking to a passenger in his vehicle when he took his eyes of the road and struck the group of mailboxes. Digman was subsequently cited for Inattentive Driving. Digman and his passenger were both wearing their seatbelt and no one was injured in the crash.
