A southwest Wisconsin woman had to be taken by Med Flight after a single-vehicle crash on Saturday. The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office says that emergency personnel were called about 5:40am to Dunbarton Road in Gratiot Township. According to a sheriff’s report, 47-year-old Angela Goebel of Gratiot was driving east when she lost control of her vehicle. The vehicle crossed the center line, entered a ditch on the opposite side of the road, and then crashed into a fence. Goebel was taken to the hospital by Med Flight with severe injuries. Her vehicle received severe damage as well and had to be towed from the scene.
