A Powerball ticket worth a $500,000 prize was purchased in Dubuque. The winning ticket was purchased at the Kwik Star on Kerper Court. According to a press release from the Iowa Lottery, the ticket matched the first five numbers in Monday’s drawing but missed the Double Play Powerball number. The Dubuque ticket was the only ticket nationwide to win a $500,000 prize.
