An extended Dubuque street closure is set to start. A section of Loras Boulevard from Bluff Street to Walnut Street will be closed from 7 a.m. today, until 5 p.m. July 17 for street construction and repairs. Motorists will need to follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
