Cuba City man arrested for 3rd offense OWI

Saturday evening the Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a male party trespassing in the 1700 block of County Road I Highland. Deputies quickly determined this incident began as a motor vehicle crash. The crash site was located near where the male party was found. Subsequent to the investigation, 42-year-old Kyle J. Richter of Cuba City, was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Dwelling and Operating While under the Influence – 3rd offense. Richter was transported to the Iowa County Jail and booked on the charges.
