Farm Family of the Year

Purpose of the Award
The purpose of the Farm Family of the Year awards is to foster better urban/rural relations by creating a greater public interest and understanding of today’s farm family. 

Contest Rules and Nomination Form 

1. WGLR will accept nominations from listeners.
2. All entrants will be judged on information received on the nomination form and/or other information solicited by the Farm Family of the Year Judges. 
3. The decision of the Judges is final.
4. Nomination deadline is 11:59pm (CDT) on May 29, 2026.
5. The Farm Family of the Year winner will receive a plaque, along with other prizes provided by the Farm Family sponsors, presented at the 2026 Grant County Dairy Farm Breakfast on Sunday, June 14th at Majestic View Dairy, LLC!
