A recall of a breakfast burrito due to foreign material contamination has been given the second-highest risk warning by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). MG Foods, part of the Compass Group, issued a voluntary recall for its Spicy Breakfast Burrito on January 13 due to the possible presence of small hard fragments. The burritos were distributed in Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin, the FDA said. As of February 11, no illnesses had been reported by the FDA in connection with the consumption of the recalled product.
